Check Before You Send
- Do you have at least 20 items to consign? We require a minimum of 20 items or more per submission.
- Are my items in good preloved condition, free from stains?
- Have my items been laundered?
- Are there no holes, tears, or damage?
- Are all buttons, zippers, and fastenings working?
- Are toys complete with no missing pieces?
- Are items from quality brands (not fast fashion like Temu or Shein)?
What We Accept
Children's clothing (ages 0-10), shoes and accessories, toys in good condition, and children's books.
What We Don't Accept
We can't accept clothing with stains (including discolouration), holes, tears, pilling, heavy wear, shrinkage, missing buttons, broken zippers, cracked logos, damaged seams, pet hair, or odors. We also don't accept broken toys, toys with missing pieces, toys with faded or worn-off markings and details, underwear, socks, or items from fast-fashion brands like Temu and Shein.
Quality Standards
Items must be clean, gently used, and in good working condition - something you'd be happy to give to a friend!
Please note: We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our quality standards. Any rejected items will be donated to charity rather than returned, so please only send items you'd be proud to pass on. We encourage you to be thorough and honest when selecting what to consign. When in doubt, leave it out! 🌿
Upcycle Programme
A curated selection of consigned items may be eligible for our Upcycle Programme. Premium pieces with minimal flaws are sometimes lovingly repaired or upcycled, think embroidery, embellishments, and other thoughtful touches, giving them a second life in a whole new way.
