Refund policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS FOR CONSIGNMENT ITEMS

All items sold in our store are preloved consignment items. Please review our return policy carefully.

Return Window:
- Customers have 7 days from delivery to request a return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- Original tags (if any) must still be attached

Eligible Returns:
- Items that are significantly not as described
- Items with defects not disclosed in the listing
- Wrong item received

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 7-day window

Return Process:
1. Contact us at hello@poddlepantspreloved.co.za within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will review and approve eligible returns
4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly described

Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable

Consignment Item Returns:
- When a consignment item is returned, the consignor's commission is reversed
- The item will be relisted for sale or returned to the consignor based on the consignment agreement

Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges
- If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order
