Welcome to Poddle Pants Preloved! By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Overview

Poddle Pants Preloved sells quality preloved children's clothing, accessories, toys, and books. All items are secondhand and have been previously owned unless otherwise stated.

Product Descriptions

We carefully inspect and accurately describe all items. However, as preloved items, minor wear consistent with previous use may be present. We disclose any significant flaws in product descriptions.

Poddle Pants Preloved reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet our quality standards. Items that fail to comply with our quality requirements will not be listed for sale and may be donated, unless the seller pays for return shipping.

Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Poddle Pants Preloved determines all pricing and reserves the right to alter prices at any time, including for promotional purposes. Where an item is discounted or sold at a reduced price, the consignor's 50% earnings will be calculated on the reduced sale price, not the original listed price.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
  • We accept payment via our approved payment providers
  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days

Item Condition

All items are preloved (secondhand) unless stated otherwise. We inspect each item for quality, but normal wear from previous use is expected.

Selling to Us

If you sell items to us, you confirm that:

  • You own the items or have permission to sell them
  • Items are clean and in good condition
  • Items are free from damage beyond normal wear

Limitation of Liability

Poddle Pants Preloved is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
